Delivery of a checklist documentation, provided by Teampartner. The preparation of the documents is a Teampartner responsibility.

Investor advertising, market attention
Through appropriate tools, Teampartner acts to capture, identify and select investors interested in acquiring the business.

5.

Investor access to company's information
Once an interested party is identified, a confidentiality agreement is signed with them so that they can have access to confidential information.

Purchase Bid Submission with Buyer's Conditions

Meeting to analyse the proposal
